Italian food it’s confused by Americans and world wide for a numerous amount of factors.
This because Italians of the past came here migrated to found wealth or at least a better life,
they came from nothing besides a good healthy genuine culture, made of field job for self and family,
but sometimes for sell, meaning they had to walk for miles to sell some potatoes.
Arrived here in the United States lots of them were with their wife’s that were great cooks that knew the food and hard work,
so they started opening restaurants around, Mixing Italian food with American food and taste to make every one happy.
